Privacy Policy

Archade ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Archade web application at archade.io(the "Service"). Archade is currently an early-stage project operated by its creators. A formal legal entity may be established in the future. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Archade platform in its current form and describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account & Authentication

  • Wallet address: your Solana public key, used as your primary identifier.
  • Social login data: if you sign in with Google, Apple, or X (Twitter) via our authentication provider, we receive your name, email, and/or username. We only store your X username and user ID in our database.
  • Session token: a randomly generated ID stored in your browser to keep you logged in.

Profile

Username, bio, avatar, and banner image you choose to provide. Avatar and banner images are uploaded to IPFS.

Content You Create

Posts (videos, images, captions), comments, likes, follows, and direct messages.

Trading & Financial Data

When you trade tokens through Archade, we record the trade details (token, amount, price, transaction signature, fees) in our database. We also track your holdings and realized profit/loss for portfolio display. All trades are verified on the Solana blockchain.

Device & Usage Data

  • Browser type, operating system, screen size, and device memory for performance optimization.
  • Page views and navigation patterns for improving the product.
  • Content engagement metrics such as watch time, completion rate, and loop count for feed personalization.
  • IP address, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not stored permanently.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store your browser's push subscription endpoint and encryption keys to deliver notifications.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the Service: trading, messaging, content feed, portfolio tracking, points and rewards.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: rate limiting, spam detection, transaction verification, content moderation.
  • Improve the Product: error tracking, performance monitoring, feed personalization.
  • Notifications: likes, comments, follows, trade alerts, price alerts based on your preferences.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service, including providers for authentication, cloud hosting, data storage, blockchain infrastructure, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Blockchain Data

Archade interacts with the Solana blockchain. Transactions you submit (trades, token creation) are recorded on a public, immutable ledger. Your wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible on the blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchains work and is outside our control.

5. Data Security

  • All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Direct messages support end-to-end encryption with keys derived client-side from your wallet signature.
  • We never store your private keys or seed phrases. Authentication is signature-based.
  • Rate limiting and abuse detection protect against unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, content, and trade history for as long as your account exists. Temporary data such as rate limit counters and cache entries expires automatically within minutes to hours.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your profile, posts, comments, and messages. Trade records may be retained for compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data by requesting a copy.
  • Correct your profile information at any time.
  • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
  • Manage notifications in your Settings.

8. Age Requirement

Archade is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to store your session token, wallet address, and user preferences. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Service. Continued use of Archade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Archade is a social platform for interacting with tokens on the Solana blockchain. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. Token prices are volatile and you may lose your entire investment. Trade at your own risk.
