Terms of Service

Archade is currently an early-stage project operated by its creators. A formal legal entity may be established in the future. These Terms apply to the use of the Archade platform in its current form. By accessing or using Archade ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Archade. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account

Your account is tied to your Solana wallet address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse blockchain transactions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activity.
  • Manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or artificially inflate token metrics.
  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Spam, flood, or abuse the messaging system.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Impersonate other users or projects.
  • Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Service without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

4. Trading and Financial Risk

This is the most important section. Please read it carefully.

  • Archade is a platform, not a financial advisor. We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any token listed on the Service.
  • Cryptocurrency trading is extremely risky. Token prices can drop to zero. You may lose your entire investment.
  • Tokens listed on Archade are user-created. We do not verify the legitimacy, safety, or value of any token. Many tokens are speculative and may be scams.
  • Engagement scores, trending rankings, and social metrics on Archade are not indicators of investment quality.
  • Past performance does not indicate future results. Any PnL data shown reflects historical results only.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting financial losses.

5. Platform Fees

Archade charges a 0.5% platform fee on token trades (buy and sell) and a 0.02 SOL fee on token creation. These fees are deducted automatically and are visible in your transaction before signing. Fees are non-refundable.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, videos, comments). By posting on Archade, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our content moderation policies without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Archade name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Archade integrates with third-party services including the Solana blockchain and wallet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these external services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Financial losses from trading.
  • Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs, blockchain issues, or wallet security.
  • Service downtime or interruptions.
  • Inaccurate price data or delayed information.
  • Actions of other users (scams, rug pulls, fraud).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archade and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed upon termination.
